Stylish in appearance, exacting in performance, the black Voigtlander Nokton 50mm f/1.5 Aspherical II MC is a sleek normal-length prime M-mount lens distinguished by its speed and classic rendering. The bright f/1.5 maximum aperture suits working in low-light conditions and also enables greater control over depth of field for isolating subjects using selective focus. The optical design includes one double-sided aspherical element, which helps to deliver high sharpness and low distortion by suppressing a variety of aberrations. This lens also features a multi-coating to suppress lens flare and ghosting for improved contrast and color fidelity when working in strong lighting conditions. Its manual focus design permits working with subjects as close as 2.3' away and a 12-blade diaphragm contributes to a pleasing bokeh quality to suit working with shallow depth of field.

As part of Voigtlander's Vintage Line of lenses, this lens features a classic black finish to give it a classic appeal, reminiscent of historic Voigtlander lenses, that is well-matched to classic rangefinder camera designs.
