The PT10 Portable Aluminum Camera Tripod with Ball Head from SmallRig is a versatile tripod with an Arca-type ball head. The aluminum legs open independently, so the tripod may be easily leveled, even on uneven terrain. The legs are fully reversible, and the removable center column allows for low perspective and inverted shooting. One leg features a padded collar for improved grip and unscrews from the body of the tripod and attaches to the ball head to become a full-featured monopod. A monopod is suitable for use when a tripod might be too bulky or slow to use, like when shooting sports, action, or wildlife.

The PT10 has a maximum height of 56.9" and a load capacity of 17.6 lb, but its reversible legs allow it to be folded to a length of 12.8", and with its scant 2.27 lb weight it's easy to keep handy in a camera bag or backpack for the moment when inspiration strikes.
