With its rounded corners and edges, the Markins PG34N Universal Camera Plate is designed to fit a variety of different cameras while feeling ergonomically comfortable in your hand. The bi-directional dovetail design can mount into an Arca-type-compatible clamp, and the anti-twist flanges at the top of the plate prevent the camera from moving while mounted on the body. The plate is constructed from Duralumin, and it has a black hard-anodized finish that is scratch resistant. With a 1/4'-20 threaded camera mount, the camera plate attaches directly to the body, and a 1/4"-20 threaded socket is located on the bottom so you can also attach this plate to a monopod if no clamp is available.
