Shipping

Malaysia

We ship to any address in Malaysia using GD Express and CITY-LINK Express courier service. All express couriers cannot ship to P.O. BOX and jail. For high security premises such as military base, special government building, please check with your security/admin for more information prior making orders.

Charges

Self-Pick

1. The expected time of arrival (ETA) for all Pick & Collect parcels will be within the range of 3 to 5 working days (included stock transferring process) after the order has been placed successfully and payment has been confirmed.
2. When your order has successfully arrived at the selected store you will be notified via WhatsApp.
3. You are required to keep and to bring along your confirmation email when you want to collect the parcel at our selected store. Both softcopy or printed copy can be accepted for verification purposes.

Same Day Delivery

1. We don’t have same day delivery method except from customer request to arrange Lalamove and Grab over their ends.
2. Please note that delivery charges will be borne by customer side.
3. Unfortunately, we do not accept any urgent orders after 4:00pm.

Insurance

All parcels are being insured. Customers do not need to make any special request on shipping insurance. YL Camera take full responsibility for any damage or lost during delivery. Please read our Returns & Exchange Policy for more info.

Tracking

Once the parcel is shipped out, we will send you the tracking link via email and Whatsapp.

Delivery Time

All shipping dates are in business days. Business days is Monday to Friday only, excludes all public holiday. All express couriers and postal services in Malaysia only operate half day on Saturday. We therefore cannot assume courier service will make delivery on Saturday.

In stock items are shipped out next business days after order is placed. Shipment will arrive the next following business day. Shipment to rural areas will take additional 1-2 business days especially rural villages, towns and islands in Sabah & Sarawak.

Pre-Order

Pre-order items are imported goods and shipment from overseas could take up to one month or longer depending on manufacturer stocks availability.

For orders with in stock and pre-order items,

• If in stock item is more than RM50 we will ship out the in stock item next business day. Pre-order item will ship out once stock is available.
• If in stock item is less than RM50 we will charge a flat rate RM10 should customer choose to ship out without waiting for pre-order item stock. Likewise we will ship out all items after pre-order item stock is available.

International

For international shipment, we ship to Singapore and Thailand using TNT express courier. At checkout the system will automatically calculate the shipping charges.
